You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, training session, or workshop by notifying us at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 calendar days before the event may not qualify for a full refund and may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the payment.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, workshop, or training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters, or other force majeure events).
We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule the session at your convenience.

For cancellations made in accordance with section 1, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Services that have already commenced or been delivered, including customized work or partial consultancy, are generally non-refundable.
No refunds are offered for missed sessions, no-shows, or late arrivals.
