Productivity Management Group (PMG) is conducting 1-day training session on “Sustaining Productivity Improvements – The Future of Work”, which is a foundation-level training program, designed to introduce delegates, with the important aspects of productivity at their workplace. The course, aims at equipping the trainees with the necessary fundamentals of productivity improvements through coaching, simulations, group exercises, breakaway open forums and relevant industry examples. Delegates will learn various cost effective ways including LEAN concepts, to improve productivity and cost reduction techniques, which will help them to implement, and boost profitability, resolving daily quality and cultural issues, cost saving through use of cost effective tools & techniques.

Trainer

Highly accomplished International Trainer, Mr. Piyush Kumar, will conduct the course. He brings with him 28 + years of industrial experience, has carried out several productivity improvements projects in India and overseas, which facilitated various SMEs and business giants to augment their profitability. He is an accomplished LEAN consultant and TQM Practitioner who fosters effective implementation of ISO Standards and alike tools of quality, energy, environment, safety, and business management criterions.
