Profile: Trainer

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Summary

Objective of this position is to deliver training sessions for telesales process with specific goals of improving process knowledge, quality standard, productivity and performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting New hire trainings on process, product and system (CRM tool) for Telesales process
  • Conducting Soft skills sessions
  • Preparing Training content (Modules, scripts, communication material etc.)
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis and conduct refresher trainings as required by the Telesales team
  • Work closely with Ops and Quality team design action plans to plug areas of opportunity
  • Responsible for defined training throughput
  • Maintaining training reports & MIS
  • Continuous review & improvement of the Training Content
  • Attending call calibration sessions and providing inputs for process improvements
  • Conducting dip checks to assess knowledge level and conducting skill knowledge tests

Desired Profile

  • Must be a graduate
  • Fluent English & Hindi both spoken and written
  • At least 24 months of relevant experience overall and one year experience in role of sales trainer
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Communication, articulation and facilitation skills
